O museu que é considerado uma das mais importantes instituições de pesquisa de ponta em arte contemporânea, o New Museum, em Nova York, acaba de anunciar os 50 artistas que vão integrar a segunda edição da trienal do museu, dedicada a investigar a produção de artistas emergentes. A partir de 15 de fevereiro de 2012, a mostra, intitulada The Ungovernables [Os Ingovernáveis], poderá ser vista na sede do New Museum, na rua Bowery, no agitado Lower East Side de NY. Com curadoria de Eungie Joo, Diretor e Curador de Educação e Programas Públicos da instituição, a mostra apresenta obras de dois brasileiros, Jonathas de Andrade e Cinthia Marcelle, e de outros sete latino-americanos: Nicolás Paris, Amalia Pica, Rita Ponce de Léon, Gabriel Sierra, Mariana Telleria, José Antonio Vega Macotela, Adrián Villar Rojas.
